- As a licensed notary in the state of Florida, we can provide the official witnessing of document signing, ensuring the authenticity of signatures, and verifying the identity of the signatories. If you are in need of a notary in Southwest Florida, we are here to help.
**Listing Preparation** $100
- Listing MLS Input Entry ONLY: Input listing into MLS with photos and any necessary documentation attachments requested by Agent as well as enter showing instructions into Showingtime.

**Paperwork Compliance** $50
- Review contract, notify client of missing information, signatures, initials, documents or any errors. Submit for brokerage approval, upload closing documents and close file upon full approval and funding.
